All fees are due at the time of purchase. Prices are listed in Canadian dollars. We accept major credit and debit cards. Collected fees are final unless otherwise specified in our refund policy.

5. Refund Policy

ViewsTopGo aims for full satisfaction with every purchase. The following refund guidelines apply:

5.1 Quick Visual Aids & Hints Services

If you are not satisfied after the first session, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by demonstrating reasonable effort to apply delivered materials. Refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment source. Service credits may be offered as an alternative.

Once a custom design process has commenced or materials have been delivered, no refund is available due to the bespoke nature of the work.

5.2 Info Products

Digital guides and templates are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that no file downloads have occurred. To request a refund, contact our team. Refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment source.

If any download has been made, the purchase is final and no refund is allowed, as digital content cannot be revoked.

5.3 Goods

Physical items may be swapped for a different item or refunded within 30 days of delivery, if unused and in original condition. To initiate a request, contact our support team and ship the item back at your expense. Once received, a refund is issued within 5 business days to the original payment source. Shipping fees are not refundable.

6. Service Scheduling and Transfers

If you cannot attend a scheduled session, notify us at least 48 hours in advance to transfer to another available slot. Transfers are granted at our discretion and subject to availability. No transfers are possible without prior notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and materials provided by ViewsTopGo are protected by copyright and remain our property. You are granted a limited license for personal or internal use only.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ViewsTopGo is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of our services, info products, or goods.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Revised terms take effect upon posting at ViewsTopGo.com/terms. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the changes.
